For online training programs, we offer a 100% refund within 15 days from the date of registration. If you are not satisfied with the program for any reason, please write to support@leadershipkard.com providing bank details and our customer support team will do the needful within 48 hours receipt of request of refund.
For coaching services, please note that there is no refund available. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality coaching experience, and our coaches dedicate their time and expertise to your development.
If you need to cancel a coaching session, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
48 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel a coaching session at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the session fee.
Within 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel a coaching session within 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the scheduled session time, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee.
Less Than 4 Hours Notice: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for coaching sessions canceled with less than 4 hours notice. However can help with alternate date and time for the session instead of cancellation.
